What is your shipping policy?
We ship from North Texas to all of the US states. Our merchandise is in stock, we do not dropship. All orders are processed and shipped quickly, usually within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for your tracking to start working.
What if there’s a problem with my purchase?
Reach out to us ASAP, and we’ll be happy to work things out. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return your item, please contact us at email@example.com for a replacement or credit within 30 days and I'll walk you through the process.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In their original packaging
What if my product is damaged?
Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages and defects may happen.
If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!
